How it works!
PURCHASING YOUR SERVICES
Making your service selection and purchasing is easy! Just choose your Industry (Mining, Civil, or Government) from the Main Menu and select your employment category that suits your needs. If you require just a Resume, select and add to your Cart. If you require both Resume and Cover Letter, please select the package option only and add to your Cart. (This will provide you with a discounted rate on purchasing both services together)
Just follow the prompts in the Checkout and you will receive an email with further instructions on how our service works and what to expect next!
AFTER YOUR PURCHASE
After you have made your purchase and completed payment in Checkout, you will receive an email with further instructions on how we proceed. One of our team will be in contact with you within 12 hours (or less - we are fast like that!) to provide your with either a questionnaire to obtain further information to complete your documents or where you can upload and send us any existing resumes, education, qualification documentation we may require. Don't panic though, we don't need to see every certificate you have in your portfolio, we just need to obtain some information on what you do have. We promise to make the writing process as easy as we can for you! We understand your time is limited!
